My Life

• Early Years: Grew up with an alcoholic, abusive father; learned resilience and perseverance from hardship.

• Calling: At eight, sensed I was being shaped into a “pillar of strength.” Later accepted an “anointing” to serve the mentally, emotionally and spiritually wounded and hurting.

• Challenges Overcome: Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, racism, and sexism.

• Caregiving: Serve as power of attorney for my mother, navigating elder‑care responsibilities.

• Anchor Verse: “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
